Olistyque hopes that the customer will be delighted with their order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return their goods:

Step 1.

(a) Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Also include the original pick list and mark the item(s) being returned. 

(b) Kindly note that we are only able to refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form, undamaged and in a resalable condition.

Step 2.

(a) Email info@olistyque.com with the order reference and request to return an item. The package is dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked48 which takes two working days to arrive.

Send the product with its original packing to:Olistyque.

 
Step 3.

(a) Please retain the Royal Mail recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.
Step 4.

(b) All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened, damaged or used goods.

(c) A refund will then be processed – please note that it can take up to 7 working days for such refunds to clear onto their account.

DAMAGED ITEM 

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Email info@olistyque.com 

  • Email a photograph of the item 
  • Include the batch number which is printed on the base of the product 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be refunded.

OTHER POINTS TO NOTE ABOUT RETURNS

Please note that if we find the goods to be open, damaged or used the customer will need to pay for the postage for the goods to be returned. Otherwise, the goods will be destroyed.

We will process their return as quickly as possible and will notify the customer once their refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for their refund. Their payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.
